HSEE Exam Pattern

The course in humanities introduced by IIT Madras is quite sought after. The requirement for trained post-graduates in humanities and social sciences has been felt in the government and NGO sector. Therefore, the Department of Humanities and Social sciences (HSS) at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras introduced the five-year integrated “Master of Arts” program keeping the interdisciplinary approach as its guiding principle. The HSEE entrance demands a thorough preparation from the candidate as there are a limited number of seats. Students intending to study humanities should understand the HSEE exam pattern thoroughly in order to clear the entrance.
