JIPMAT 2024 Exam Pattern - Following is the exam pattern that has been agreed upon by the JIPMAT conducting authority (IIM-Jammu and IIM Bodhgaya) for the JIPMAT in 2024. Because this will be the first time the test will be administered, it is critical to have a full understanding of the exam pattern. Known as the Joint Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test (JIPMAT), it is administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for candidates seeking admission to the IPM programme at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu and IIM Bodhgaya. The Integrated Program in Management, often known as IPM, is a one-of-a-kind, cutting-edge, and comprehensive education that is open to qualifying students who have passed their Higher Secondary/XIIth Standard from any school in the preceding year and are looking to further their careers.

JIPMAT Marking Scheme 2024
NTA will evaluate the performance of the candidates based on the marking scheme mentioned below:
  • For each correct attempt, four marks will be awarded
  • For each incorrect attempt, one mark will be deducted
  • There is no negative marking for unattempted question

JIPMAT 2024 Syllabus
Section A: Quantitative Aptitude
Questions in this section of the JIPMAT will involve an understanding and application of a wide range of subjects, up to and including class 10 mathematics.
Section B: Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning Data Interpretation
The analysis of data presented in tables and pie charts will be the primary focus of the examination questions. A variety of questions will be asked to test reasoning ability, including questions from the areas of visual reasoning, critical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and other areas.
Section C: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
The vocabulary and grammar from the English language will be used to construct the questions. A series of reading comprehension questions will be presented in order to test the ability to comprehend, interpret, and infer from the chapter under discussion.
