AILET Registration and Application Form

All India Law Entrance Test is a national level entrance exam conducted by the National Law University (NLU’s) for the admission in undergraduate, post-graduate and Ph.D. programmes undertaken by the NLU’s. Since CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) does not cover the admission to NLU’s in Delhi, therefore NLU’s conduct AILET every year for the admission to the various law courses, which are the 5 year BA LLB, one year LLM, and Ph.D. The interested candidates aiming to clear the AILET have to fill in the application form before the second week of April 2020.
AILET is an offline exam and is conducted in 21 major cities pan India.
AILET Registration
After checking the eligibility for AILET, aspirants have to go for the AILET registration process. For filling in the application details, the applicants have to go to the official NLU’s page and fill in the details such as their certified name, their working phone number and email address, and correct date-of-birth. Upon filling these details in the registration form, aspirants receive their login credentials in SMS and via email. Thereafter they have to fill in the AILET application form and the steps for the same are given below.

  1. After you Login in the first page that is displayed is "Application Locker" of NLU’s website. Click on a National Law University from the List of Colleges
  2. Choose your application form and click on Apply button. Fill in all details such as choice of course, uploading of scanned photograph and signature and then submit the AILET application form. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
  3. In the Application Locker, under the Pending Applications area, choose your forms for which you wish to make payment and click on Make Payment option.
  4. Payment for the AILET application form can be made by the following ways:
  • Cash deposit at any post office
  • Online payment using Debit cards/ Credit cards/ Net banking
AILET Application Form Fees (Tentative)
The AILET application form is completely filled only when an aspirant makes the payment of the fees. No changes can be made in the AILET application form 2020 after making the final payment.
