SLAT 2027 Syllabus

Symbiosis Law Entrance Test (SLAT) is conducted by Symbiosis International University for admissions into its Undergraduate Law Programmes. The examination is conducted in a Computer Based Mode for admissions to Symbiosis Law School branches located in Pune, Nagpur, Noida and Hyderabad. Going by the official information by the University, the paper is expected to consist of 60 questions split into 5 distinct sections that need to be completed within 60 minutes.

Interestingly, the SLAT exam pattern and conditions allow two attempts. However, the higher score will be considered for the final percentile calculation and no normalization will be allowed.

SLAT Exam Pattern
In the SLAT examination, each right answer is awarded with one mark and there is no negative marking. All the SLAT sections have an equal weightage of 12 divided thoroughly in 5 sections, namely, Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, General Knowledge.
