In 2021, SET saw a few changes like the change in its question pattern and exam duration. Also, the was delayed because of the ongoing covid-19 situation in the country. However, the exam was then conducted in an online remote proctored mode. The number of questions was reduced to 60 from 75 and time duration was also reduced from 105 minutes to 90 minutes. The 90 minutes included 60 minutes for the MCQ exam and 30 minutes for WAT.

Due to COVID-19, the exam pattern of SET BBA was changed. The exam conducted was Internet Based Online Proctored Test, which contained 75 questions and the time allotted was 105 minutes.

The paper had 4 sections, Quantitative Ability (40 Questions), General English (40 Questions), General Awareness (40 Questions) and Analytical & Logical Reasoning (30 Questions). The allotted time was 150 minutes with 150 questions to be attempted. There was no negative marking for incorrect answers.
