SET Exam Syllabus

SIU has officially announced the exam dates for SET 2024. The exam will be conducted in two slots on 5 May 2024 & 11 May 2024.The Symbiosis International University conducts a common entrance test for SET BBA for admission to its Bachelor in Business Administration from its campuses at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies (SCMS Pune), SCMS Noida, and for BBA IT from Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research (SICSR), Pune. Admission to the BBA courses takes place after the respective institutions release the merit list.

In this article, you will learn the topics for the SET exam syllabus. Checking the SET 2024 syllabus is also crucial for the students because they get to know the topics they have to prepare for the SET BBA exam.

Take a look at the four sections for SET BBA: General English, Quantitative, General Awareness, Analytical & Logical Reasoning. The questions in the SET will be from these topics.

There will be 16 questions in the general English section to check the writing skills and proficiency in English. Have a look at the table below of the topics covered in the general English section of the SET syllabus.

The quantitative section consists of topics that test the mathematical skills of an aspirant. Therefore, SET aspirants have to solve the mathematical questions based on the topics given below in the table.

In the logical reasoning section, the questions asked are to check the problem-solving ability of SET aspirants. Therefore, the candidates must prepare for the topics mentioned in the table below.  

The questions in SET BBA for the SET general awareness section are from the topics such as current affairs, sports, politics, history, geography, literature and many more. Thus, the SET exam aspirants will have to prepare the topics mentioned below in the table.
