CLAT, or Common Law Admission Test, is the main exam for admission to 22 National Law Universities(NLUs). These universities conduct the exam rotationally. However, since 2019, the Consortium of NLUs has organised the exam. The duty of conducting the exam is distributed and rotated among NLUs according to seniority in the establishment. CLAT 2025 is expected to be conducted in December 2024.
