NPAT Exam Pattern is designed to test a candidate’s reasoning, analytical, command over English, and general intelligence. Under every section, each question has a topic-wise weightage. Moreover, each section has a specific time limit, which is indicated on the screen. So, when the countdown timer hits zero, the exam will be over by itself. The candidate doesn’t have to submit or end the exam on their own.

- The exam pattern for NPAT includes 3 subjects –Quantitative & Numerical Ability, Reasoning & General Intelligence, and Proficiency in the English language.
- NPAT exam is of 1 hour 40 minutes divided into 3 sections of 40 questions each.
- Each section is timed for 40 minutes each.
- The total marks of paper 1 are 100 marks, and there is no negative marking.
