Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2017 will be conducted by Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna on the 14th of May, 2017. The application procedure will commence from 1st January 2017. CLAT 2017 will be conducted online at approximately 66 centers. The CLAT 2017 scores will be accepted by 18 National Law universities. The popularity of CLAT has increased consistently ever since its inception. The participation of National Law Universities increased from 16 in 2015 to 17 NLUs in 2016, as Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai also participated. Aspirants are admitted to the participating institutes on the system of merit-cum-preference to the under-graduate and post graduate courses.
