DU LLB Exam Pattern

While reading about the DU LLB exam pattern, the first thing the DU LLB aspirants will come across is that the DU LLB exam was not online as it is now. Before 2017 it was pen and paper mode but changing it to the online mode has been a beneficial decision for the DU LLB result declaration and evaluation and also for maintenance of record by the Delhi University. 
DU LLB exam is held annually by the end of June and during July. The exam was in English medium but had two modes for instructions, English, and Hindi.

Since the DU LLB exam has four sections, the aspirants are tested on their ability of solving situation problems. They have to be abreast with basic legal knowledge as questions are asked from that section. English grammar, comprehension, and mathematics are among other sections tested in the DU LLB entrance exam.
DU LLB Mode of the exam
  • From 2017 on, the exam has been conducted in online mode.
  • The DU LLB aspirants have to reach the exam center where a computer is assigned to each candidate for taking the DU LLB exam.
  • We suggest the DU LLB aspirants to take the online mock tests for the best practice of the exam.
DU LLB Exam Duration
  • The exam duration of DU LLB is 120 minutes and it is conducted from 12:00pm to 02:00 pm.
  • Candidates have to reach half an hour before at the exam venue for online DU LLB entrance exam.
Type of questions
  • Questions in the DU LLB entrance are objective type, i.e. multiple choice.
  • Each question has four choices.
  • The aspirants have to mark on one choice out of four given choices for their answers.
  • There are essay and descriptive type questions for which candidates have to give descriptive answers.
