- Can I get admission to integrated law programs at NLUs without CLAT?

- Can NRI and/or foreign nationals apply for CLAT?
A: As per the rules and regulations, NRI or foreign nationals can not apply for CLAT. However, it is advised that they check the respective NLU’s website to understand the fine print before coming to a conclusion of not appearing for the entrance exam.
- How many times can I appear for CLAT?
A: You can take CLAT as many times as you want. As of 2026, there is no limitation on appearing for the entrance exam. However, you have to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria.
