Delhi Institute of Rural Development was setup in 2002 under the guidance of Mr. Rafi Lal. The institute today has metamorphosed into one of the leading self-financing institute in different fields of studies –Allied Health Science Management, Law & Computer Science. All of the courses offered at DIRD are affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and are approved by respective councils and affiliated bodies. Within a span of few years, the institute has developed as centre of excellence in all the fields of studies with academic growth as well as overall development of students.

Admissions at DIRD are conducted through merit in CLAT.

Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% in total. Candidates must have cleared English as a compulsory subject.
