CT University (CTU) is a private university on Ferozepur road, Ludhiana, Punjab, India. It was established in 2017. It owes it's genesis to the establishment of the CT Educational Society in the year 1997. After the legacy of more than 23 years, CTU was established in 2017 under the excelling vision of Sardar Charanjit Singh, Chancellor, CT University.
CTU is a multi-disciplinary, student-centric, research-focused University offering a full range of academic programs at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level. The university also provides an opportunity to the students to be a part of the placement drives in the university and get hired from the highest law firms and companies across the country.
School of Law has a focused approach on managing contemporary legal issues in the fast- evolving global environment. Faculty and Staff
At CT university, the teachers are chosen by the management. Every single teacher is well qualified, quite helpful and knowledgeable. Most of the teachers are PhD scholars. One teacher is appointed to every class to take care of students mental health so that they feel that they have someone to share anything. The faculty is very coordinative and cooperative. They are always like a helping hand to student and never ever misguide the student. Each department has its own faculty room with a HOD of the particular department.
Admission Procedure
- In order to qualify for the law programs, the applicants have to register themselves for CTSET, which is the official entrance examination conducted by the university.
- The admission is done on the merit basis of the exam conducted.
- After the merit screening, the candidates are required and register themselves and apply through online or offline modes.
Eligibility Criteria
- As far as the eligibility criteria is considered, it varies from being 10+2 from any stream with a 45% aggregate for the five year integrated courses, graduation for the LL.B. program and an LL.B. for the post graduate program.
