UGAT 2019 Analysis

This year AIMA UGAT 2019 was scheduled on 11th May 2019 and the pattern and composition of the paper were almost similar to that of last year’s. The level of difficulty of the paper was moderate. A few of the expected topics such as number system, equations and geometry in quantitative ability and sentence rearrangement& grammar based in verbal ability were missing.  Overall the paper was manageable with time management and proper selection of questions.

Evaluation: Overall the section was Moderate. Most of the questions were easy to moderate except a few tricky questions based on arithmetic and questions based on one of the DI sets.

Evaluation: This section was dominated by reading comprehension and vocabulary based questions such as contextual synonyms, one word substitution, spellings, antonyms etc. Most of questions based on reading comprehensions were easy except a few inference based questions. Questions based on grammar based blanks and vocabulary based blanks were easy to moderate. Overall this section was easy to moderate.

Evaluation:The feel of this sectionwas easy to moderate. This section had a fair mix of questions based on conventional areas of analytical and logical reasoning. This section was dominated by questions based on verbal reasoning and analytical reasoning followed by questions based on blood relation.
Evaluation:This section was dominated by questions based on static GK.  The questions were based on social sciences, business & economy, sports etc. There were a few questions on current affairs. Overall this section was moderate to tough.
