UGAT is an Under Graduate Aptitude Test conducted by AIMA. It is a national level entrance test which offers admissions for Integrated MBA (IMBA), BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Com and other UG courses. UGAT scores are accepted by various colleges, institutions and universities of India. Every year All India Management Association declares a list of UGAT participating institutes. UGAT tests candidates on the basis of their knowledge of English, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge and Numerical & Data Analysis. UGAT is conducted in offline and online mode, as per the preference given by candidates while submitting their applications. Candidates also get an option to give their preference for institutes/colleges/universities out of the five participating institutes.

UGAT 2019 eligibility criterion is as follows:
- Candidate must have cleared Class 12th or an equivalent exam with at least 50% marks from any recognized board.
- Candidates appearing for 12th board exams or awaiting their result may also apply for UGAT 2019.
- There is no age limit prescribed to apply for UGAT. But the candidate should be at least 17 years of age while appearing for the exam.
UGAT Exam Pattern
Mode of Exam: Computer Based Test (CBT) or Paper Based Test (PBT)- (Student preference is required)
Type of Questions: MCQ based
Negative Marking: There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
Duration: 2 Hours (3 Hours for BHM course).
