The Government of India declared the DAYALBAGH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE as an institution Deemed to be a University from the session 1981-82, under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. The Institute offers a whole range of central facilities to its students. These include Central Library, Computer Centre, Games and Sports facilities, Hostels, Language Laboratories, Medical and Health Care Centre, Multimedia Laboratory, Non-Resident Students’ Centres and Canteen. The Centre has IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi and IIT Madras as partners besides several international collaborators. With such partnership and their management programme the college provides an environment where the students can be trained to become a management leader in their future lives and Case Studies, Internal Assessment, Examinations, Practical Exercises and Live Industry Projects are some of the assessment tools which make them ready for industry.
