Banasthali Vidyapith has grown from a school catering to only six students to being the first residential women institute in the country.It offers an updated and industry-oriented BBA course. The institute is known for its unique subject named ‘Bhartiya Prabandhan’, which focuses on Indian spiritual teachings. Banasthali adheres to a distinct methodology called 'Panchmukhi Shiksha' that involves all the five aspects of education, including Physical, Practical, Aesthetic, Moral, and Intellectual. The institute has always abstained from an examination-based education system. Rather, it emphasizes practical educationand frequently organizes role-plays, group activities, industry visits, and presentations.
The institute has its community radio station,called ‘BanasthaliRadio’. It broadcasts educational and entertainment programs locally recorded by the students and staff of Banasthali. Further, Banasthalihas a huge residential campus with all the required amenities. It also has a dedicated sports center to bring about the overall development of its students. Banasthali is also one of the few colleges with a licensed airstrip to train its students in gliding and flying.
