The NCHM JEE conducting body, National Testing Agency (NTA), will make available the list of participating institutes for 2023. Formerly the exam was conducted by National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT).

78 institutes will be participating for admission to their UG program, i.e. Bachelors in Science, in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (H&HA), during the counselling and allotment of seats.

There are 21 central government HM colleges, 27 state government institutes, 29 private, and 1 public service undertaking having over 12,045 seats to be filled annually.

The candidates who qualify for the JEE and have scored higher than or equal to the minimum qualifying marks are eligible to participate in the admission process. The list of colleges participating in the counselling is given below.
