Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad(MNLUA) is a National Law University located at Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. It was established in 2017 by the Government of Maharashtra, the third and final university to be installed through the Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014, the 21st National Law University in India. The Chancellor of the university is R. Banumathi, Judge of the Supreme Court of India.The University is recognized by the University Grant omission (UGC) and by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
The University entered into an MOU with the Convener, CLAT 2017 to make admissions from the merit list of the qualified CLAT-2017 aspirants.
MNLUA - Infrastructure
Spread over 55 acres, permanent campus for the university was identified at Karodi in the outskirts of Aurangabad. The university currently operates from a temporary setup at the Government College of Education, Aurangabad. Hostel facilities are provided at Kanchanwadi, a locality of Aurangabad. Bus service has been arranged for students from Kanchanwadi premises to B.Ed. College temporary Campus.
MNLUA - Courses Offered
The college offers a BA.LLB five years of an integrated program and postgraduate LL.M. program. Admission to the five-year program is based on CLAT Examination. Admission to other programs is based on merit and cut-off.

Admission Process
Candidates seeking admission to Maharashtra National Law University need to appear in CLAT. The University will announce provisional merit lists based on CLAT scores. Admission to BA- LLB (Hons) & LLM will be made through the CLAT examination. The University will announce provisional merit lists based on these scores.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Passed Higher Secondary Examination with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate from any recognized Board or Council.
  • Relaxation of 5% of marks will be given to SC, ST, OBC & MOBC candidates who are permanent residents of Assam.
  • 20 years for general and 22 years for S.C, S.T, O.B.C.
