Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian College is a subsidiary of Bishop Cotton Girl’s School that has been carrying a rich tradition of imparting education for more than 150 years. The college was established in the year 1985 by the Karnataka Central Diocese, with a mission to serve the educational requirement of women in our society. The college has goals like academic excellence, character formation and service to student community. The college is opened up to students from different communities, economic status and nationalities as they have pledged to provide professional and quality education and opportunities to the women of our society.

Admission Procedure
  • Application in the prescribed form should reach the Principal on or before the specified date along with a DD of Rs. 500/-.
  • Copies of the following documents should be sent along with the application.
  • Only attested copies of the certificates should be enclosed. Original certificates should be produced at the time of admission.
  • The candidates selected for admission should pay the prescribed fees and produce original certificates on or before the date specified.  Admission will be closed as soon as the authorized seats are filled up.
  • FEES PAID ON ADMISSION WILL ON NO ACCOUNT BE REFUNDED.
  • All admissions are provisional and are subject to the approval of the Karnataka State Law University.
  • Those who discontinue the course in the middle have to pay the fees for the entire course ( 5 year Integrated BB A. LL. B or 3 year LL.B ) before taking transfer certificate as the vacancies created by them cannot be carried through and an undertaking should be given to this effect.
Eligibility Criteria
  • For admissions to 5-year law programme, candidate must have passed PUC/10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST applicants).
