Symbiosis Entrance Test 2021

SET is the abbreviation of the Symbiosis Entrance Test that needs to be given by students to become a part of any college under Symbiosis International Deemed University. It is one of the most prestigious universities in the country with top-class teachers and facilities that promises a world of knowledge that can transform your life.
SET 2021 has been postponed due to a pandemic situation. Students have already started preparing for their exams. Under SET there are mainly three types of exams for different fields.
  1. SET general is for subjects like Management, Mass Communication, Economics, Liberal Arts and Computer Studies.
  2. SLAT is for Law colleges under SIU.
  3. SITEEE is for engineering college under SIU
It is made sure that SET is reachable to all and thus it takes place across 83 cities in India. This year it is happening online due to the current endemic situation.

Registration for SET
A very easy registration process is available on the website.

As the registrations for SET has already started, you can go to the official website and fill in the online form with all your correct details. You will then get various online payment options and offline payment option. You can choose any, whichever suits you.
Application Fee
The application fee for SET is Rs.1950 and for SITEEE is Rs.2000. There are two time slots available and you can give you tests on both the slots by paying for each. A no-refundable amount of Rs.1000 has to be paid for each programme you choose.
The application fee remains the same for any student including students under the reservation quota.
The mode of payments as we mentioned are offline and online. While online you can choose from Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card Via Billdesk, Indian Bank payment gateways and offline you have to make a DD Payment to the:

Tips and Tricks To Excel In Your SET Exams!
  1. Practice is the key to success! Keep practising each subject by solving previous years’ question papers. There are plenty of mock tests available online and you can get books as well that will help you understand the type of questions SET has and what you must study.
  2. Analyses yourself to understand your weak areas. This will help you focus on them and study accordingly.
  3. Prepare a schedule with enough breaks and time to revise. This way you can cover all kinds of topics and have enough time to revise.
  4. If you think you won’t be able to manage on your own and will need experts assistance then many coaching classes are available to guide you through the competitive exams. You can join them for a few months and prepare thoroughly for SET.
