What is IPM?
The Integrated Program in Management (IPM) is a special five-year course (UG+PG) offered by 5 Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs): IIM Indore, IIM Rohtak, IIM Ranchi, IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. It's for students who finish high school and want to pursue a career in management. IPMAT program combines both Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses, giving a complete education in management.
If candidates are interested in studying from IIM, they can start their journey by taking the IPMAT Indore exam after completing their Class 12th. There is one advantage of IPMAT i.e. students don't have to face high competition for getting into IIM as compared to CAT exam. The IIMs offers students the flexibility to graduate after three years with a Bachelor's degree or to continue with the program for five years which culminates in an MBA qualification.
At IIM Indore, candidates get the best teachers and mentors. Students pursuing IPM from IIM Indore get an extra advantage over those who choose management courses after graduating. After graduating from IPM, candidates get the prestigious IIM brand value, even before a master's.
