SIU will soon officially announce the exam dates for SET 2026. The exam is expected to be conducted in two slots in May 2026 (tentatively).
Symbiosis International University conducts the online Symbiosis Entrance Test for admission to its BBA programmes in its campuses in Pune and Noida. There are a total of 660 seats to be filled in two departments of both the Symbiosis College of Management Studies. While appearing in any entrance exam, a student searches for the exam pattern. Being familiar with the SET exam pattern is necessary for aspirants because it makes them aware of the questions that they have to solve for each of the four sections. In the SET BBA entrance exam, the questions will be asked from sections which are Analytical and Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and General English.

- SET 2026 is expected to be conducted in May 2026 (tentatively).
- SET is divided into four sections.
- There are 60 questions in the multiple-choice format for SET BBA entrance.

- There is no negative marking in the SET BBA.

- There will be no extra time for entry to the SET exam centre. Students will have to reach on time.

- The students appearing in the SET BBA exam can change their sections and attempt any section in the given amount of time.
- Selected candidates will be called for WAT/PI round after the announcement of the result.

SET Exam Pattern 2026: Type of Questions and Topics
It is really important to know which type of questions are asked in the four different sections. Have a look at them to get a better idea about the SET BBA entrance exam (based on the previous year’s exam pattern).
General English Section:
Making a total of 16 questions, this section includes questions from Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, and Grammar.
Quantitative Ability Section:
This section contains 16 questions on topics like Set Theory, Time and Work, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency, Geometry, and Mensuration. The difficulty level ranges from easy to moderate, with a few time-consuming questions.
General Awareness Section:
This section consists of 16 questions covering topics such as Current Affairs, History, Geography, Political Science, Books and Authors, and Major National & International Events.
Analytical and Logical Reasoning Section:
This section includes 12 questions from topics such as Fact Inference Judgment, Passage Conclusion, Sequencing and Arrangement, Team Selection, Analogy, and Statement Argument. The difficulty level ranges from moderate to complex.
