IIM Rohtak conducts IPMAT for its five-year Integrated Programme in Management. It is an online test devised to test the general aptitude of the management aspirants. Thousands of youngsters compete in the exam for the limited number of admission seats. This year, IPMAT was held on 17th July, 2021 and the subsequent calls are expected within a week.

IPMAT IIM Rohtak 2021: Overall Analysis
IPMAT is an objective test consisting of three sections. In 2021, the pattern followed was the same as that of the 2019 paper. Since its inception, the level of IPMAT has remained on the easier side. It is generally a mix of simple and tricky questions. IPMAT is more a test of your speed-solving ability than complexity-handling skills. Listed below are the major features of IPMAT 2021:

IPMAT IIM Rohtak 2021: Sectional Analysis
IPMAT 2021 exhibited a medium difficulty level, with Verbal and Reasoning sections being quite easy and Quant section being moderately tough. Given below is the detailed description of all three sections of the exam:
Quantitative Ability
Quant section of IPMAT was slightly tricky and presented a few time-consuming questions. Although most of the questions were doable, a few of them entailed heavy calculations. In other words, the section could be nailed well if the candidates picked the questions wisely. Quant questions were asked from a variety of fundamental topics of arithmetic, geometry, and modern maths. Logical Reasoning
Logical reasoning is an easy scoring section of IPMAT. In 2021 exam, the section displayed a similar difficulty level as that ofthe previous year. Verbal Ability
The easiest and most scoring of all sections, Verbal ability of IPMAT can be conveniently completed within the given time restraint. There were two RC passages in 2021 paper, and other questions were in the form of para-jumbles, one-word substitution, error correction, etc. Given below is a complete distribution of verbal questionsin IPMAT 2021:

The next round includes personal interviews for which the candidates will receive calls in the third week of July ’21. These interviews are scheduled for the fourth week of July ’21. Hence, the final admission is given based on the candidate’s academic profile and performance in IPMAT and PI.
