CUCET 2022 Notification

Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is a combined national-level entrance test conducted by the Central University for the aspirants for admissions to Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctorate courses offered by different Central Universities. There are 14 Central Universities and 4 State Universities that accept CUCET scores for admissions. Every year the Central University of Rajasthan conducts the exam. However, aspirants who wish to sit for the CUCET 2022 have to participate in the application process to be eligible. The date for the release of the CUCET 2022 notification is yet to be notified.
The official CUCET consortium will announce the notification dates for CUCET 2022. However, there are some important notifications that an aspirant can expect to be notified about.

Facts related to CUCET 2022 notification
  • Applicants have the choice to apply for limited (03) programmes in a maximum of 03 Participating Universities (PUs).
  • Reservation of seats for the CUCET examination will be according to the Government of India norms or as per the PU norms.
  • CUCET candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the course as different universities have different eligibility criteria for varied courses.
  • Applicants have to submit the application in online mode only. No applications are accepted if submitted offline.
  • Candidates should have a valid email ID and phone number that they would be using throughout the CUCET examination process to receive important notifications from the consortium.
  • The candidates should be having a good quality photograph and signature to be uploaded on the application form.
  • CUCET authorities try to provide the selected examination center to the candidates, but they can be notified if their center changes.
  • Just by appearing in the CUCET examination, candidates won’t get admission in their specified course unless they fulfil the admission eligibility criteria.
  • CUCET authorities have the right to suppress admission if the candidate produces false documents.
  • Applicants are required to mark only one answer in their OMR sheets. If they mark multiple options, then that answer would be treated as wrong answer and the candidate will be marked negatively.
CUCET 2022 examination is a two-hour duration entrance test for which the dates are yet to be notified. After the result of the examination is declared, the candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of their merit for the offline/online counselling by the Participating Universities.
