Recruiting IILM Grads
IILM Grads are trained in aspects beyond those in books. They are coached in areas of soft skills like etiquette, networking and communication. They are groomed to enter a globally integrated business environment through a mandatory global study program to acquaint them to cultures and practises outside India. They work on team building and leadership through a variety of extra-curricular activities through participation in campus events, conferences and fairs. It is an all round development that is provided to our students, which makes them a cut above the rest, a pool of talent to recruit from.
School of Management
IILM School of Management prepares the leaders of tomorrow to embrace the paradigm changes happening around the world due to political and regulatory events. Rapidly changing business landscape require young leaders to not only understand developing economies but also develop a global perspective at the same time.
School of Management aims at changing the narrative of the role of education, business and society by placing a greater emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration across other schools and businesses with the pedagogy being a judicious mix of case discussions, project work, management games and business simulation exercises. The curriculum covers core business modules, such as marketing, accounting, finance, and entrepreneurship, leadership modules like Business and You; Communications; team work and interpersonal skills, also weaved in are areas: Law, Technology, Global Economics.
